Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

House by the stream

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !
