Monthly Rentals in La Condesa

It was a great Airbnb! The location is super good if it's your first trip like it was for me. Beautiful area. Super easy to get in and out of the building. Also, I had one online meeting for work and the internet was great. The laundry in the unit was also super convenient. There is so much to do in the city so it was actually really nice to come home to a quiet peaceful area. I definitely hope to stay here again one day. :)

We loved staying here during our CDMX trip! It was perfectly located in Condesa — within walking distance of so many restaurants, cafes, parks, and stores. The neighborhood was beautiful, leafy, and quiet. Truly, a dream location. The apartment was great — perfect for the two of us, clean, and nicely decorated. We also very much appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom. Cristhian & Alejandra were very helpful and responsive. We had a tiny issue with something during our stay, and they were super quick to resolve it! The only thing we didn’t love was the couch — it was beautiful, but not very cozy. That’s just personal preference though! It was perfect for the space, but not the ideal couch to cuddle on when you’re feeling a little under the weather. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again! Everything about the flat was as presented. The building is quite modern and is well cared for. The flat itself is in an excellent location on the edge of La Condessa very close to Chapultepec park. Of course, the view over the park from the flat is wonderful. The host was very up front about the road noise that you can get from the adjoining highway. If you need to have the patio doors open it can be loud, but when the doors are closed, it is not too bad at all. The host also is clear about the hot water issue for showering, It was a bit of a concern, but still, we were able to deal with it. Neither of these last two issues are under the control of the host and the fact that she is very up front about it is admirable. Not every host is so forthcoming. We had a lovely time and the host was quick to handle one little issue we had with a coffee pot. No big deal at all. We are just sorry that we did not get to meet the host. We would happily stay there again.
