Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Our holiday home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches at 800m). It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. Most of the objects have been mailed by us, and gives absolute charm to our pretty "boyfriend's house".
