Planche à repasser et fer. Forfait possible pour longue durée.

Ambiance calme reposante et sereine. Studio tout confort dans un style savoyard. Idéal pour apprécier tous les aspects merveilleux de la montagne.

T2 de 40 m2 situé sur les Hauts d'Evian, au 1er étage sans ascenseur d'une petite résidence. Parking privé. Grande terrasse au sud, balcon au nord offrant une belle vue sur le lac et la côte Suisse. Idéal pour curistes (tarif dégressif). Deux petites stations de ski à 15 minutes en voiture. Plages et piscine à 5 minutes. Lovely and quiet flat located in Evian-les-Bains, nice view of the Geneva Lake and Swiss cost. 15 minutes from ski stations, 5 minutes in car to go to beach or swimming pool.
