Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"

The accommodation is located in an environment protected from any hustle and bustle, 500 m from the village with access via a drivable road. Numerous hiking trails. Flumet 7 km, Megève 19 km, Chamonix 51 km. Patrice and Christine will be happy to host you and explain everything.
