The house is tastefully restored with recycled materials, and the large private garden crowns the property, which is located 300 metres from Mangueta beach in El Palmar. The beach is accessible via a pedestrian path, and you can enjoy kilometres and kilometres of pristine beach. It's a three-story house. This large rental space is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. The middle floor is unoccupied (potentially a fourth bedroom), and the owner lives in the attic. The only thing shared with him is the front gate.
