Independent apartment completely renovated in a charming Charentaise in the heart of the village. The accommodation is quiet and is located 15 min from La Rochelle, 10 min from Chatelaillon beach and 20 min from the Île de Ré bridge. The most beautiful beaches of the island are less than 2 km away, close to bike paths, shops and restaurants nearby (200 m), daily market in season. Bed made on arrival, towels and linens provided. The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes walk from the port and the beach. You will find everything you need nearby : bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco, coffee... You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being protected from disturbances.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
