The location is excellent, it was close to everything, the apartment is just as you can see in the pictures, clean and tidy, the person who received us was very helpful at all times, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

It was a little difficult to find the place at first but Diego responded quickly and was able to help us. The place was clean and the guard was very attentive answered by us. Everything was great and it was a great place

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier. Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

Lovely apartment on Chipipe beach. Of all the comforts: good bed, full kitchen, television, nice balcony. Good communication with the host, very helpful. He arranged for us to pick up and return the laundry. The gentlemen from the reception were also extremely accommodating and friendly, wanted to help with the jacuzzi if you indicated in advance! Surroundings were good, lots to do on the beach right in front of the door! Easy to walk during the day (20 minutes and you are at Salinas) in the evening we found it more pleasant by car. When you don't have that, it's $2 with the Uber.
