Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a peaceful wooded park. We would like to point out that the bedroom is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond where we provide a boat for a quiet moment of relaxation on the water. 3 min drive from Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, convenience store...), 25 min from Les Sables d 'Olonne and its beaches, about 20 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and 1 hour from Puy du Fou

Close to the beach of Tanchet 3 km away, shops and bike paths that run along the corniche. Very comfortable and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and its exteriors. No pets allowed, no smoking. Arrival time: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m., key given by the host upon arrival. French-English hosts.
