Dans une résidence principale occupée par les propriétaires, la chambre est située à l'étage avec penderie et WIFI. Un cabinet de toilette avec lavabo, douche et WC est contigu. La maison est située dans un quartier calme, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et à 200 m d'un lycée public et à 100 m d'un lycée privé (enseignement classique et professionnel). La gare SNCF est à 10 mn à pied. A proximité (moins de 2 kms): Centre-socio-culturel, écomusée, théâtre, cinéma, forêt, resto et hôpital.

Room with independent entrance in the center of Chimay, ideal for visiting the Château des Princes and the Trappist Abbey. You can walk on foot to the pond of Virelles. The bicycle ride, Ravel, passes in front of the house. The private terrace allows you to enjoy the rays of the sun in front of the flower garden. Onder de grote haagbeuk, naast het verblijf voor de paarden en kippen, hebben we een privéplek gecreëerd voor levensgenieters. La Cabane des Gitans is een hut op wielen van gerecycled bouwmateriaal, met daarin een comfortabel bed voor twee personen. Op de plek is ook een leefkeuken, ingericht met diverse tweedehands vondsten die we niet konden weerstaan. Op de een of andere manier voelt het harmonieus, gezellig. De ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en gezinnen (met kinderen).

The campfire was already lit and the sleeping and eating cabins were also pre-heated. So very nice forward! During the stay we could easily contact them and they immediately responded to our messages. After a rainy day we could enjoy a warm and good shower. The kitchen had all the necessary kitchenware to prepare a delicious meal yourself. In the neighborhood you can go for a nice walk, visit villages & towns, ... This is a place where you can really fully relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Highly recommended!”
