Large and beautiful accommodation in Camporgiano, a small village in Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for different walks or hikes on the Apuan Alps. Large, well-organized accommodation and the garden is a treat for having breakfast in the morning with the sun.

Beautiful spacious flat with amazing views. Gary was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and tips, and always available if we had any questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was huge and clean, perfect when the weather’s good.

Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the view is a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful in all matters. Glad to come back!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Very awesome! Great historic story behind the tower. The stairs outside to get up to the tower were slick when wet. And there are a lot of them. Otherwise wonderful stay!!

Casa Medicea is managed by Mrs. Graziella, who welcomed us with kindness and hospitality, making us feel at home. Casa Medicea is cozy and located in a village about halfanhour from Florence. I recommend this place for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday near beautiful Florence.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

What a charming villa located in a charming town. Everything was perfect for a family of six adults. Lorenzo was thoughtful and friendly. I can’t say enough about the location and view from the apartment. It was easy to rain the countryside and explore. Magical!

Excellent apartment, spacious, renovated, modern, functional. The location could not be better, in the center of Lucca, you can go shopping, supermarket, pharmacy on foot. The hosts were welcoming, organized, flexible and gave me several very good tips. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. We felt right at home A comfortable mountain house with a nice fireplace with a perfect draft. Oven, independent heating. There are all the tools available Spaces are well designed. Although not very large, each of us could enjoy our own relaxing corner Very close to the facilities Nevicava and the private parking in front of the house was very convenient Quiet condo Sara was always active in responding to messages and proactive to solve problems (I had left the keys in the house) What can I say?! We loved our stay here! It was our first time in Italy and it was a great location. Alice was so understanding when our check in time was delayed again and again due to travel issues. Her dad, Francesco, was the sweetest! We really loved meeting him and learning more about the property. He was such a gentleman and even offered to help carry our luggage in after a long travel day. We rented a car and it was a great spot for day trips to Pisa, Siena, Cinque Terre and Florence. It was a great spot with lots of space to spread out and unwind. I would love to stay here again! Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Lovely few days by the sea. Loved the roof top terrace and short train ride into Pisa!

We were traveling with a group of 4 couples and three toddlers. And loved the place. Each couple had their own bathroom and everything was super clean. The entire complex was very well maintained. There was a tennis court, a football field, foosball, volleyball and a great children's playground. The facility cannot be better equipped. In addition, the location of the property is perfect for exploring Tuscany. We were completely satisfied and would come back right away.

The stay was wonderful! The villa was amazing, the views, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We were so happy to be there. The rooms were new and clean. Every detail was taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. Without her, we'd be lost. Unfortunately, we often had private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. For me and my friends, this stay was unforgettable!

A very nice house in quiet Tuscany. We felt very comfortable there and they took care of all our concerns. The view on the terrace is amazing. The driveway is exciting with a large vehicle, but also no problem. The location is really very quiet and beautiful and you are quickly in Lucca. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing, we had everything we needed. If you travel with 8 people who are not necessarily a couple, two of the beds may be a little tight, we were 7th and made a single room out of a room, so it was a perfect fit. Overall we would love to come back!

We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

We had a lovely stay. Fantastic house. Easy and fast communication. Elena recommended two restaurants which were all absolutely fantastic.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

The villa’s location is idyllic - peaceful and surrounded by the mountains of the ‘Pescian Switzerland’. It is pretty remote and difficult to access though, so you do need to be a confident driver to enjoy a stay here ;-) There are plenty of lovely spots to relax in the garden and around the pool so I would particularly recommend the villa in good weather. Inside, the common areas (kitchen and lounge) can get a little cramped if there are 10 or 12 of you and it’s raining outside - but we chose to brave the bad weather and explore the surrounding villages and towns anyway so that wasn’t an issue for us. It is worth pointing out that being a country house, there are bugs - which might put some people off (not us though!). The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bedding super comfortable with warm & cosy down duvets (which were very welcome given the cold & wet weather we had!). And last but not least - Fausto (Giulio’s dad) was friendly and super helpful, a really lovely host.
