The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, and it's very close to everything. It's in an area with two large parks for children, supermarkets, fashion stores, cider houses and local restaurants. There's a health centre very close by, about 500 metres away, and also several pharmacies. We have natural gas heating and plenty of very hot water. There are radiators in all the rooms of the house, and also in the bathroom. We also have a washing machine and a clothesline (free) and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven and a large fridge-freezer with a large freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils for your use, such as plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. On request we can put you a high chair, and also a baby crib up to 3 years well equipped portable type with mattress and her crib robe. If you need anything else, let us know and we can help you. You'll love it.
