An excellent stay at Noemie and Cedric's! Very pleasant and responsive hosts. The cottage is very well located, very quiet, and perfectly equipped. Everything is well thought out, even a garden cabin that delighted our two-and-a-half-year-old boy. A toboggan was also available. The cottage was impeccably clean, very well heated as well. In the middle of nature but less than 5 minutes from Briançon and its amenities, as well as the departure of the Prorel gondola. Everything was great! Thank you!!

Joelle's welcome was very thoughtful and kind, she told us the story of the house, showed us all the rooms and left an exquisite tart, chocolates, wine and yogurt for our baby. The cleanliness was impeccable, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen equipped, the bathroom hot and large equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. There is a wonderful fireplace and Joelle provides all the wood needed to light it daily and enjoy the warmth of the fire. The location of the house is strategic: five minutes from Briancon, 15 from Montgenevre, 20 from Nevache and on foot you can reach the cross-country ski slopes. The house is very quiet and full of historical details that evoke the past time when La Volpe lived there with her whole family. Thanks to Joelle…with the promise of seeing each other again in the summer.

Very well located and tastefully arranged accommodation that fully meets expectations as does the hospitality. A great experience. I totally recommend it.

Excellent place to stay.

Our mini winter stay went very well. Our accommodation was very pleasant and peaceful. We were able to enjoy the proximity of the hiking trail to walk along the Guisane, but also the frequent passages of bus line 6 to easily reach the villages of the Serre-Chevalier area.

Simply one of the best Airbnb places I know. The accommodation was completely renovated at the end of 2024 and it's successful, warm, you feel (too) good there!! Jean-Pierre is welcoming but discreet, he knows the area by heart. If you need anything, it's upstairs :) , but there's no inconvenience!! I'll be back!!

We had a great time in Maida's apartment. She was an amazing host who really looked after us. The house was comfortable & fully stocked with everything that we might need to enjoy our stay.

Very nice apartment located at the foot of the Prorel gondola. With the option to leave the ski in a 2000 ski locker. The apartment was very clean and the 2 bedrooms well separated. The veranda is very nice when the sun is present. The host and co-host are very available and responsive. Parking at the foot of the building. Only downside was an elevator that we never found! After that there is only1 floor to climb. Great stay, I recommend it!

We had a great time at this place whose location is ideal (lifted within a 5-minute walk), very close to shops. Pleasant apartment for 4 adults. Alexandra was very available and very welcoming. Attention to access the underground parking, the slope being steep the sedan type vehicles can scrub the floor but the parking space is spacious. However, this is not an issue as outdoor parking reserved for residents is available. I recommend ++thank you for your welcome.

Maud’s place is all you need. We are family of 3 and the place fitted us well. He provided clear instructions of everything and he provided everything you need for your stay. The place is right next to the slope, opposite the tourism office where everything you can find is there - grocery, ski pass kiosk, ski rentals, bar, restaurants and ESF ski school. Plenty of spaces for a car park, beautiful scenic, friendly people around the resort. It was a fantastic 5 days trip there. Definitely be back again.

Great stay! The apartment is in a very good location, in the heart of the resort to do everything on foot. The equipment is really complete (dishes, children's equipment, raclette machine etc.) and the fact that it is a duplex gives the impression of space. Thanks to Sebastien and Anthony

A pleasant ski-in ski-out apartment. Fully matched the pictures. The box spring bed in the bedroom is very comfortable for adults, the sofa beds in the living room are fine for children or teenagers. We were there with 5 (two adults and 3 teenagers) and had enough space to store everything because the apartment is practically furnished (which is not always the case with ski in ski out apartments). If you call the key manager before arrival, please ask in which building you should register and rent sheets (that is not at the reception of the residence of the apartment). We had not asked for this and did not know where to apply, fortunately the host Cindy responds super quickly to messages, so that was quickly in order. Friendly and quick to respond host.

Very good stay spent (4 nights) we were 4 adults and 1 child, the rooms are spacious for an apartment in resort. The slopes are about a 10 minute walk as well as the piou piou daycare! Many amenities available (tobogganing, raclette/fondue appliances, quality stoves etc...) and pretty and modern apartment 🤗 we were there outside school holidays, it may be noisier during this period (it remains the old-fashioned insulation but good skiing we know🤣). Very good communication with Nicolas and clear instructions! Thanks again for a lovely family stay!

Etienne's apartment is perfect for a family ski vacation! It offers a beautiful mountain view with a super nice and well oriented terrace! The apartment is super functional with two real bedrooms and two sdbs. It is ideally located in the residence with direct access to the garage and ski locker which makes all trips super convenient. It is very well located in the resort 5 min walk from the Escalators which lead to the foot of the slopes. Orcières offers lots of good restaurants and the estate is really large and always snowy. 54 slopes up to 2800 meters it has nothing to envy to the known and upscale resorts! Very reasonable package prices and activities all week without forgetting the Palais des Sports for the pool, cinema, bowling alley, ice rink! Best value for money in the Alps in my opinion!
