The house was built in the 1970s and was renovated in 2024. It is located 2 km from San Martín de Montalbán (1 hour 30 minutes from downtown Madrid - 40 minutes from Puy du Fou) in a recreational area called "La Cantuérgana" where you can enjoy nature, views of Cerro de La Puente and Río Torcón. There are also several great hiking trails for all ages, and a play area where the little ones can play safely.
