For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Cozy studio by the sea, in the pine forest

My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll appreciate my place for its location, comfort and quietness with the sound of the sea!

This independent, new accommodation, bathed in greenery, located 10 minutes by bike from the shops, 1500 meters walk from the beaches via the forest will seduce you with its calm. You can discover the state forest and its sports trail, take the coastal bike paths directly from the apartment.

Listing is rated 2 stars . At La Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are charged from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" car park 100 m from the accommodation.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Our holiday cottage is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. Time for a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after all is on foot!
