This property benefits from a large garden of 220 m2 with private pool, garden furniture and sun lounger where you can relax. This quiet and spacious family accommodation is located at the bottom of the villa, in a residential area on the heights of Trinité with a small sea and countryside view. Beaches (Anse Cosmy) and all shops nearby including the fish market. 70 m2 apartment: equipped kitchen with bar, living room, 2 non-adjoining air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with a 160 X 200 bed and the other with 2 90 X 190 beds) and 2 bathrooms. 40 m2 terrace overlooking the garden. Laundry Room. No parties accepted.
