We stayed for 3 nights. The view was spectacular, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Communication went very smoothly, Christopher and his team were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay - the location of the accommodation allows you to walk to the port, beach, restaurants. The presence of secure parking is very interesting and the pool is a plus.

Celine's place has the best view ever! She and her partner were very helpful providing us details for finding the apartment for self check-in and check-out. It is a little bit out of the city, however the bus is right at your door which makes it easy to explore without the hassle of driving around for parking. The apartment was very clean and I can happily recommend!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

the location is excellent , very close to public transport to go to Monaco. we suggest to look for the elevator to get up and down from the level where it is located in apartment.

This apartment in Nice surpassed our expectations. We loved waking up with that view. We had all the amenities needed and it was in a quiet part of Nice (mont boron), not on the center where all the noise is. Classy, stylish place.

A perfect stay in Nice! The house is located on a beautiful hill with a magnificent view, quiet, ideal for relaxing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. our stay at Sylvie's was very pleasant. clean, quiet accommodation, well located with views of the golf course. the sun would have been welcome but for the weather ... we adapt. The area is very nice.
