This house is an exemplary renovation of an ancient mountain villa, typically made in stones and wood, sitting at the foot of the Dolomites in a little town where the time seems never passed. Here, you can breath fresh air, drink pure water and enjoy the slow-paced life of mountain people. Former atelier of a talented local director and painter, it gained today new life in the hands of a younger mind. The result is a elegant yet bizzarre house for holidays and events.
“Giulia's place is amazing. I spent Christmas there with my family and we had a wonderful time. The house is so lovingly restored and designed that it is a pleasure to be in every space. From the rustic and cozy kitchen to the beautiful side room on the upper floor featured in Giulia's photos with the stunning view of the mountains. I got up early in the morning to do yoga in front of that view. My partner got up every morning and went for a run amidst the beautiful scenery. This was our first time in the Dolomites, but I have the impression that the location of Giulia's home is not a typical tourist destination. We were usually the only ones not speaking Italian in local restaurants etc... We loved that. This place is great for a family holiday or for a vacation with friends. There is plenty of space for people to have some "me time" reading a book in a quiet nook, doing work at the desk, or watching TV. At the same time, the dinning room is a great space for enjoying each other's company over a wonderful meal made with local products. Giulia could not have been more lovely. We were late in arriving despite our best efforts and I have the impression that Giulia skipped her dinner plans so that she could greet us and answer any questions. She greeted us with a bottle of champagne and, as it was Christmas, a panettone freshly baked at the local bakery. You will not regret staying at Giulia's place. We will certainly be back!”

“Very spacious, clean apartment. Reception of Carmen really at the top. Very kind and very helpful. Upon our arrival he made us find a delicious cake made by her and a homemade raspberry jam with raspberries from her garden with lots of snacks, toast and croissants that the girl really enjoyed in the morning. A really nice stay if we could return to these places will be one of the first apartments we will be looking for. A big thanks.”

“I stayed in this super quiet village and was enjoying my time there! There you will find one market, few restaurants and Marmolada ski lift is 5min by car. Cortina is one hour by car and is nice Alp town. It’s perfect choice if you want to be in nature and peace. Place is much more better that in pictures, but there was missing few kitchen staff like knife, fork... Thank you for letting me stay in your place and maybe see you next year. Toms”
