It is not far to the Danube Gorge in Kelheim-Weltenburg as well as to the beautiful city of Regensburg, with cathedral, small alleys, as well as culture and many events. This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
