You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In a peaceful and green setting, a few steps from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has an equipped American kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or jacuzzi rental is possible for an additional fee. Note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

La Bulle des Pins (with SPA option)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance without neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice to have an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available at an extra cost (50 euro unlimited per night of booking, from your arrival until your departure the next day. You will have two bathrobes at your disposal.) For your comfort, sheets, towels and a dish towel are provided. 2 welcome Tassimo coffee pods and tea are provided.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
