Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. Grandpa's Place is a beautiful original Gold Coast home. It was built in the 1880's and has been relocated, renovated and modernised since then. It is clean, tidy, comfortably furnished and ready for your visit. It has indoor and outdoor living areas and under cover, off street parking. It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Broadwater Parklands.
