At an altitude of 1400 m in the wild valley of Garrotxes, the traditional stone and wood house was renovated in 2020. Comfort, authenticity and nature immersion will be on the program. Located at the top of the village and on the edge of the forest, it is an ideal place for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Optionally, we offer the provision of two electric mountain bikes to discover the richness of the surroundings (nature, heritage, panoramas) by leaving your car in the parking lot.

Just 7 minutes from the slopes of Puyvalador, 10 minutes from the slopes of Formiguères and the resort of Angles 15 minutes offer you a lot of activities in winter and summer. Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Enjoy a stylish and central home. Rubens' house welcomes you in a natural setting in the heart of the Pyrenees Orientales. Ideally located, between the village and the resort of Formiguères, you will be seduced by a quiet and exotic environment! You have direct access to the forest from the garden. You can go directly for a summer and winter hike. The ski resort is accessible with shuttles every 30min. The house is fully equipped, cozy and comfortable.
