Very relaxing place located in a hamlet, a very pleasant holiday village with many hiking trails and various activities to enjoy around the lake. ⚠️ Cleaning is included in the price and therefore no surprises. 2024 costs have increased for landlords and tenants and I strive to remain reasonable to remain accessible to all 😌

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.
