Responsive hosts, well-decorated accommodation and perfect for a business stay

We loved our stay at your wonderful place. The reception with drinks at the pool, our dinner with the wonderful flavours of the region including the wine and the icecream with a little extra. The sleeping facilities were great and the breakfast with the freshly made eggs, with your special ingredients, gave us the energy we needed to continue our journey…. We hope to come back!!

Very nice spacious and self-contained apartment, pleasant, well decorated, with views of the castle and small outdoor space. Reserved parking space. Many shops and walks nearby. Welcoming and responsive host.

Beautiful and quiet area for hiking and cycling directly from the house. Avallon and Vezelay are easily accessible via beautiful rural roads. Beautiful place to relax in the beautiful surroundings.

A very nice quiet and spacious accommodation.

We spent a week at Annelies’ place in Meursault, a truly charming house. While traditional, the house is beautifully restored with modern amenities. The rooms are large, airy, and well-lit. The kitchen is spacious and functional, and the living rooms, though not large, are inviting. The backyard with its pool offers a great view of beautiful vineyards. We appreciated the good wine and milk waiting for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Located just a 10-minute walk from the village center, the house is near a friendly boulangerie, a well-stocked shop, and numerous wineries. Annelies was very flexible, responsive, and really a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this wonderful place for a unique experience.

A place in a countryside that we loved. It's green, hilly, quiet, full of fields around and the hamlet is very pretty (all the houses are made of stone). The accommodation is very large and it feels like home which is very pleasant and not always the case in a vacation rental. As the house is large, a small background cleaning would be necessary from time to time. As soon as you leave the house you can walk quietly, pick blackberries, meet the herds of cows. Robert is a very welcoming person with whom it is easy to connect with. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a pleasant stay at Philippe's who hosted us very well. Before our arrival, Philippe had prepared a fireplace for us. Plus, a bottle of Crémant de Bourgogne was chilled. Thanks for your kind attention. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and clean: washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, tourist guide… It is quiet, surrounded by a terrace and a large garden. The location of the cottage is perfect for visiting Avallon, Vézelay, Noyers-sur-Serein, as well as the castles of Guédelon, Bazoches, Ancy or Tanlay. A cottage where hospitality and comfort await you. We recommend it...

My wife and I had a wonderful five night stay in April ‘25 at this well decorated, peaceful and spacious property spread across three floors at the edge of a beautiful village with two great boulangeries, some nice restaurants and canal less than a 5 min away drive away. Ground floor has a huge garage, cellar houses a washer / dryer. First floor has the living room, kitchen, TV room, WC & shower. Kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook plus some more. Second floor has three bedrooms with a spacious bathroom / WC / bathtub. Comfortable beds, showers have adequate pressure and hot water was fine. Owners controlled the temperature of the heating remotely. Claudine manages the property and was very responsive and helpful. Great location to explore the small villages, wine route, Beaune, Autun and Dijon. Be aware that there are some 15 stone steps to reach the front door on the first floor. Then about 10 wooden steps to the second floor. May be an issue for some with bad knees
