Approximately 1 km walking distance to a beach suitable for swimming. Approximately 4 km to shopping in Voerså, where there is also canoe rental for the river. Approximately 10 km to the cozy port town of Sæby with eateries.

The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and reused kitchen cabinets, benches and panels from Vesterø church, etc. The previous owner's things are also recycled, especially pictures. On Læsø you will find this unique cannon house from 1777, former seaweed house that with its rich history and characteristic architecture was one of the island's most photographed buildings. The house has many old preserved details. Inside, you'll meet an authentic atmosphere where originality is preserved with respect for the soul of the house. The original rafters are made of old ship masts. The annex is made with covered outdoor kitchen at one end and wilderness in the terrace and shower with cold and hot water at the other end

Huset er beliggende 2km fra stranden og 5km til nærmeste købmand. Den charmerende by Sæby kan nås på 10minutter i bil
