It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.

Patio and fully fenced in shared yard. We live upstairs but separate entrances. Pets should be attended to if anxious or can’t be left alone. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the guest suite :)
