Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lafayette

I can not stress enough that this was the best experience I have ever had with AirBnB. Katy was the kindest host I've ever talked to, and she was so quick to answer any questions we had. The house was stunning and secluded, but in a prime location. It's the kind of home I can only hope to have one day! Truly worth the stay. Thank you so much, Katy!!

Very nice home that had a fully stocked and very clean kitchen, ample linen supply, and lots of room with comfy furniture. It is very close to tons of restaurants of many different ethnicities and the Purdue campus and baseball field. Wonderful place to stay and if we were ever to come back to the area would definitely consider it again.

Love staying at this place on a road trip. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and get a really good night sleep. Would definitely stay here again! Super clean, all the pictures were accurate, 10/10. Great restaurants close by too!

This is a great spot! It's on a quiet road near some corn fields and subdivisions. The house is very nice and cozy, with very comfortable beds and sofas, and personal touches that make it easy to feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook every meal in the house if you choose, along with a coffee maker and air fryer. The washer and dryer work well. The garage is a really nice perk and meant that I was able to move the car out of a hail storm and also to park it overnight when we got snow and ice. It took me less than 10 minutes to get to my destination on the Purdue campus, and groceries and other amenities are not far away.

Lovingly decorated, meticulously clean, well maintained home in a charming neighborhood - convenient to exploring Lafayette, West Lafayette, and Purdue. Definitely one of the nicest places - if not THE nicest place - we’ve ever stayed in! Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s that lovely. Very comfortable and cozy with high quality furniture, beds, and linens, well-stocked and equipped with thoughtful amenities and little personal touches. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and State House was spotless. Kim and Jenny were excellent hosts - very kind, communicative, and responsive. There was a plumbing issue while we were there that they responded to immediately and resolved quickly. They went out of their way to make it right. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We came for a visit to Purdue and this home was just minutes away. What a nice and cozy home. Lots of updates on this older home. The decor was beautiful. All 3 beds were very comfortable as well as the sheets. There is such a nice back patio area that we wished we had more time to enjoy. The workout / gym area was very nice. The snacks/ breakfast bars were greatly appreciated. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Why pay for a hotel when you can have an entire home for a similar price?

Nikki was great and we enjoyed our stay. Super close to Purdue and most importantly right across the street from the State Police!

I enjoyed staying at this historic brick home. Nancy has decorated it nicely. It is charming in an old-house sort of way. I loved it. Centrally located but no local businesses or restaurants. In a neighborhood. Brought a car at the last moment and host was flexible with my change.

Had a great stay at Mel’s place for a work trip. Mel was very flexible with my coming/goings (which were sometimes late) and provided excellent breakfast. It is a bit further if you’re visiting Purdue but Ubers are cheap and the walk is nice!

We had a great 2-night stay in Teresa’s home. I really like her farms and peaceful beautiful surrounding landscape. Teresa was so helpful and friendly that me us felt like staying in our home. We enjoyed her breakfast and thanks for riding us to Purdue campus as well. Thanks Teresa!

Mel and Grace Ann’s home is very welcoming and peaceful. They do a wonderful job taking care of their guests and the breakfast was amazing. Look forward to more visits!

As I searched for a room in the Lafayette area, I was happy to see that Mel had room for us at his place. This is the second time we've stayed at Mel's. Mel and Grace make us feel right at home and Mel serves a wonderful breakfast! I highly recommend Mel's Acorn on 7th!!

We came up for a Purdue game. This was a great find, Purdue hotels get booked up and pricey at times, which was the case for the weekend we selected. 20 min drive to campus really wasn’t bad. She mentioned you can get an Uber. But we drove. Peaceful property to walk around on. The downstairs room was small but we didn’t need a lot of space and were just there one night. Teresa was a great host and very responsive. We are Purdue Ag grads so the farm feel was cool for us, Cows, cats, chickens and a dog, right at home, and that is also how Teresa made us feel!
