Modern, well-equipped apartment on the 2nd floor of a renovated residential building from the Gründerzeit. The house is within walking distance of the train station, old town and grocery stores; ideal for exploring Osnabrück and surroundings. The check-in/out was straightforward. For check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the owners and given a tour of the apartment. We can only recommend the property.

I immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Thomas and Anja! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main train station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning/ vacuum cleaner was also available if you want to clean in between. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a big closet!) The location is quiet but super convenient: in 5 min walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. The stay with Roman was great. The apartment is well maintained, clean in a nice quiet environment. A supermarket is right around the corner about a 1-minute walk. I can only recommend it.

The property itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and a true gem. It offered great value for the price, and it was perfect for our family's needs. The location was ideal, the amenities were spot on, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We are truly thankful for Bernd and Jani's hospitality and the care they put into making our month-long stay so pleasant. It is a great house. We really enjoyed our stay with a group of seven people. It was very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything we needed. All rooms were really clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay here. The house is very complete, very clean and spacious. The area rural and very quiet. There is plenty of space to sit outside. Communication with the host is fine: warm people. Please note: the height on the ground floor is no more than 1.85 meters. The height of the ceiling itself is 1.95 meters.

A very nice cottage, lots of space, beautiful modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Check in and check out went smoothly. A great house and pleasant host. Lots of sun and a beautiful dirt lake...we will be happy to come back!

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very spacious and enough sleeping space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a lawn and a small kids play area on the backyard. Overall, we will recommend this place

A very nice small apartment in which I felt right at home. It was very clean and there was everything that made the stay pleasant. The apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. The village center can be reached on foot through the beautiful park in about 15 minutes. Shopping is also nearby. I met Daniel as a very friendly host. Check in and check out went smoothly. Daniel is very flexible with the period of arrival or departure. Conclusion: A little insider tip!

We (two adults and one six-year-old child) stayed at Merle's apartment in Soest for four days. We enjoyed it very much. The center of the apartment is the very well equipped, spacious kitchen on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bathroom, the living room with sofa bed and the bedroom. Again, everything was clean, comfortable and lovingly furnished. Beautiful is the art on the walls, which creates a home atmosphere. Please note that the door frames on the upper floor are low and so you have to think about pulling the head. We also liked the location: the apartment is within walking distance from the train station, downtown starts just around the corner and playgrounds are also very close by. A walk along the wall (the graves) with its great views of the city should definitely be integrated into the visiting program.

Mr. Hossam responded very quickly to questions and was always friendly. The apartment was even better than described. I can recommend it to everyone.

Jutta and Manfred are exemplary hosts. The reception was very warm and the introduction to the apartment was extensive and detailed. The apartment is very well equipped - especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The quiet location and a balcony with beautiful views help with relaxation after a hard day's work. We will be happy to come back.
