The apartment is located on a beautiful, west-facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride of 7 min. - here you can park the car in your own parking space and leave it during the stay. The apartment contains a living room with dining area and a living room with TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets/pillows/sheets and duvet covers. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Heating in all floors. Internet.

Great newly renovated annex located in Gjeving just by Lyngørporten, all amenities, large garden and nice outdoor areas. Gjeving has restaurants, marina, hotel and shop. Short distance to both Risør and Tvedestrand, as well as the ferry over to Lyngør. The house is quietly located at the intersection to Risøya. There are good parking facilities on the plot and there is a charging box for electric cars. Here you can enjoy your holiday by the sea with everything you could wish for a good and memorable southern holiday

Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential building. It takes less than five minutes to walk down to the great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activities are within a short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally produced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich selection of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

The apartment is of high standard and has everything you need to stay either a day or a week. The apartment is located 2 minutes by car from E18 and 4 minutes from the city center, but in a very quiet residential area with only a few houses. If you have any questions, just contact us and we will try to answer as quickly as possible :)

Risør city center approx. 7 min walking time. Swimming area approx. 10 min walking time. There is a toilet and only cold water. (No shower in the apartment, but outdoor shower is available.) (3 beds and possibility for one more to sleep on the sofa.) Bed linen is not included.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cozy forest cabin in peaceful surroundings. The cabin belongs to Langmyr farm, and is located by itself in a cultural landscape. In the grazing season, the cows roam in the area, but the cabin is fenced. Electricity is available, but not water. Water in jugs is ready upon arrival and there is a dishwashing sink in the kitchen. The cabin also has a pleasant outhouse. Firewood is included in the woodshed. Free WiFi.

Small cabin on island

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
