Great property, large, spacious and very comfortable. We traveled in 4 couples, all separated in comfortable en-suites. The hostess always responded and promptly assisted us. The recommendation of a person (Maria) to help us with organizing the house and breakfast was a great advantage, it felt like we were in a hotel. Maria is simply sensational, super careful, attentive and cooks very well! We left the house and she stayed there without a problem, when we returned home and the rooms were very well arranged, clean and decorated too. In short, our stay was perfect. We met a local guide (Carlos) who also helped us and took us everywhere, great professional, punctual and polite. We passed the contact on to Karine, and we highly recommend it. Anderson's house is very comfortable, with all the air-conditioning working perfectly. The property is spacious, well ventilated and has an excellent pool for both children and adults. The house utensils meet the needs very well. In addition, the location is great, being very close to the beach. Nearby, you can rent ATVs. The house is also located near downtown Praia, making it easy to access shops and services.

Very nice and super spacious bungalow right at the center of Tatajuba. All bars and restaurants as well as the main kite spot are within walking distance. Kite Worldwide is just around the corner. I loved the cosy terrace and the big garden. The bungalow is central, but at the same time remote enough to allow for a quiet night (unless the dogs next door are barking). I liked the fact that the housekeeper Pepe comes by on a regular basis to throw away the garbage and check on everything. I also really appreciated the fact that there was drinking water provided (not everywhere the case). All in all I can warmly recommend this bungalow.

The blue house is a very nice to have as a base that is such a nice place, it has everything you need and more. Cristina is a formidable host far exceeds the rating of a good host . I definitely recommend this experience!

It was quite an experience, the accommodation was perfect, super spacious and equipped house, everything prepared with great affection. If we can give any advice to people who enter the listing, it is that it will be the stay of your dreams, the house is in full contact with nature, with a delicious pool that is cleaned every day. The location is excellent, a strategic point to go to the village of jeri, and it is very close to the lagoons for those who have their own car. Soraia will give you all the tips about tours, and is always available to answer your questions. We left with the desire to stay, we felt at home. We'll miss you, and the lovely Freud (the cutest puppy we know).

Matthew's place has lots of space. It is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Jeri. Unlike many other places, there is no through traffic on the doorstep. The center of Jeri with all the restaurants is within 10-15 minutes walking distance, very good for a short walk before and after dinner. On a stormy day, we really enjoyed the rooftop pool because unlike the beach, you don't sweep sand in your face. Matthew responds to messages very quickly and was always very helpful in all respects.

We had a really pleasant stay. Bruno was very communicative and had amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area!

I and my family stayed at the Loft of Mr. Fabio and we spent excellent days, the Prea beach has several very good restaurants, with several options of tours. I recommend it.

PLACE PARADISIACO RM MEIO A NATURE, WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT. WE FEEL AT HOME AND WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE. MR. AVELAR, O HOMEMEIRO, GENTE FINISSIMA!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT TO THIS PARADISE!!!

Samurai's guest house is a very special place, it's very close to the beach, less than 3 minutes walking! I went kiting at the best spot of Prea Beach with no effort. The location is just perfect in the middle of all the good restaurants. Gunther is also very kind and he was there to explain everything about the region and he is in fact a very good kitesurf instructor himself. He organised a downwind together and it was an incredible experience. The apartment has everything you need, the air-conditioning is a plus. It has also a kite storage and a very good and clean bathroom. All the supermarkets in Prea Beach have a delivery service so no need to run around, Gunther gave me all the directions on what to buy. After a day of kitesurf I got so tired that I stayed at the pousadas to have a nice meal. I really recommend Samurai's guest house!
