Modern in design, the villa is light, spacious and airy throughout and has all the comforts you would expect from a contemporary property such as this. The pièce de resistance of this magnificent property is no doubt the roof terrace which offers panoramic views of the Ocean and Monchique mountains. These views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the roof top hot tub.

Note for 2024. We have reduced our listing price by 20% for the year as there is construction work happening locally. Some works may be quiet or hundreds of meters away and past guests have said that it has not been a problem for them. We do want to be completely honest with potential guests. The Villa is on an exclusive private complex. 3 stories, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, balcony and roof terrace and garden. Fibre internet. Private residential pool 1 minute walk away.

Prachtige villa met jacuzzi en zwembad

Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

Perfectly situated on a quiet residential estate this villa is perfect for a quiet holiday. Villa Pool heating (additional extra) it is perfect all year round! The villa offers two bedrooms all with en suite facilities, two double bedrooms. The bathrooms are all modern and well appointed The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to the dining area, the lounge is comfortable and well furnished and leads with patio doors to the garden and pool.
