Le Péquélet, cottage in a charming hamlet

The "pequélet" cottage in a charming hamlet, away from the crowds is ideally located to enjoy the various activities offered by Ardèche. This village house offers, on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, an equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace that offers magnificent views of the hamlet. Our pool is available from June 8 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The location is very nice because it is at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist attractions... and yet away from the crowds. Recently renovated 75 m2 charming cottage, located in the municipality of Lagorce near Vallon Pont d 'Arc. Including 2 bedrooms, terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, and large lot. Ideally located close to the rivers, 5 km from the Cave of the Pont d 'Arc and Pont d' Arc. Kitchen fully equipped, fridge ,freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, etc. Fully air-conditioned. Bed linens included.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.
