Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Laguna Beach

We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. The place is very close to anything you’d want to do, whether it’s the beach or eating locally. It was very clean and had clear instructions for check in/out. The only downside that the owner can’t control is the bathroom was small and the floors are creaky. Overall, it was nice and in a decent area with private parking at the back of the lot.

We really enjoyed staying at Anastasiya’s place! The beds were really comfy and super clean. The lights in the apartment are also a nice touch and create ambience. The bathroom needs a little tlc but other than that our stay was awesome 😊 super close to Disney and easy to get around to local coffee shops/food if you have a car everything is around 10min away.

I felt right at home, in this very private condo with private parking and balcony. It was much more spacious than anticipated. Great location walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Santa Monica and the beach. Perfect for a morning stroll before a work day and or a leisurely weekend. My work trip felt like vacation. Will stay again.

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

Nice spot in a great location. Great apartment, would stay here again. Clean and modern. Finding the parking spot was a bit of a quest, but other than that had an amazing stay.

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. This was my very first experience staying at an Airbnb, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. I stayed for 16 nights and truly enjoyed every moment. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and street parking was always easy to find. The home itself was very well-equipped — it had everything I needed, from pots, utensils, and dishes to a nice selection of spices and even a Brita water pitcher. The large Samsung TV with an impressive variety of channels was definitely a bonus! The washer/dryer combo was straightforward and convenient to use, and the bidet in the bathroom was a good addition that made the stay even more comfortable. The only thing that didn’t quite suit my personal preference was the mattress, which was a bit too soft for me. However, that’s just a minor point in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would easily rate it 5 stars. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

John's house was clean, quiet and enough for a family of 5. There were cooking utensils and basic seasonings, so it was good for cooking. It was a hassle to get a parking pass from the police station just for parking, but I was able to do it quickly.

Great host and place. Will definitely consider for future vacations.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is great- walking distance to the pier and beach, plus walking distance to some great restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and the home was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to others!

Susan was a wonderful host! She was kind and super helpful. The space was clean and the location was perfect our family. We spent our days walking to the beaches, eating at the pier, swimming in the pool, going to LegoLand, and exploring the Flower Fields. We look forward to coming back again!
