Sehr schön ist auch die windgeschützte Terrasse mit Blick in‘s Grüne. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Unterstellmöglichkeit mit Stromanschluß zum Laden Ihrer E-bikes ist vorhanden. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Auch Haustiere können nicht mitgebracht werden.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

Grandma's apartment in a new look: The apartment has been extensively renovated and newly furnished. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and select antiques here. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, it is now available as a holiday home and is fully equipped for this. In winter, the spacious living area ensures coziness, while in summer the covered balcony and sunny terrace with outdoor sleeping area invite you to linger.

We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The old mansion was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For a good 10 years, we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop is out and about. Supermarkets (5 min) , a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
