Vacation rentals in Laiyi

My stay at this place was great. The apartment is brand new, it’s perfectly clean and well equipped, very comfortable overall and conveniently located (MRT station, shopping mall and grocery store are all very close to the building). The decoration is modern and looks good. There’s free parking space available in the basement and a convenient garbage management system. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are just a few downsides: -The bed mattress are quite firm (which I like but it might not suit everyone’s taste) -The tap for drinking water is inoperative, you have to boil water, wait for it to cool down and then filter it with a jug (one is provided) -All the windows are on the same side of the apartment, and are located in two of the three bedrooms and in one of the two bathrooms, so there’s no sunlight in the third bedroom nor in the living room. However those downsides are really minor compared to the advantages, plus the price is really reasonable for what you get.

全新的設備，讓人感覺在家中，床很舒服，電視也提供豐富的節目，廚房設備齊全，唯一只是爬樓梯有點吃力。很棒的旅居！

五星級民宿，全部都非常好, 管家好盡責, 好幫忙, 好快回應 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，下次再來。

整體CP值很棒，民宿設備也很豐富(卡拉ok機、麻將桌、廚房廚具、、烤肉台、泳池，但要記得先跟老闆說)，周邊很熱鬧，有缺什麼走出去買就可以了。 這次我們開了四台車，老闆也會幫我們找停車位放車子，只是要小心不要停到隔壁日日好x的門口喔，不然隔壁會打電話報警喔!! (趕快跟民宿老闆聯繫，就馬上幫我們跟對方溝通了，行動力讚讚👍)，有問題隨時跟老闆反應都可以立即得到解決~

We had the whole building for our group of friends. Good water pressure, cold AC, Karaoke, good common space, near to the beach & night market. There’s literally nothing to complain about. Thanks Brad for looking after us. Strongly recommended place for big group of friends.

Have stayed at this airbnb twice now. Sean is a great host and the place is located in such a beautiful area.

The owner replied very fast to our messages, he was very kind. The place looked same as the pictures and location is good
