We had a great stay at Daniel’s place! The big dining table inside and the table out on the deck were perfect for our group—lots of space to eat and hang out together. The couple of balconies gave us some nice private outdoor spots too, which was a nice touch. Loved the lake views from both sides of the house! Bathrooms were super convenient for everyone, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Daniel was really responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place with 14 family members over Easter weekend. The home was exceeded our expectations . Clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The panoramic view from the living room and deck was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in was smooth, and Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and made some unforgettable family memories. Highly recommend, and we definitely love to stay at this place again!

This place is AMAZING!!! More than what we expected. Not one single complaint, but all praises and satisfaction. Clean spaces, well equipped kitchen, perfect view, plenty of activities/entertainment for everyone, hot tub was a bonus, boat house with open upper deck was lovely. Definitely a must place to go, specially when you’re considering luxury, comfort, and fun at the same time. Daniel is a gracious host that quickly responds and address every questions and requests we had. We already checked availability for our next getaway, even before we checked out! 😁. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival at this house in Mineral, VA, we noticed the house's openness, beautiful décor, and thoughtful aesthetics, which reflected a perfect blend of comfort & style that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was clean & amenities well-stocked (as described) ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises. Bedrooms were comfortable; beds were cozy, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The house layout was perfect for socializing for a large group & we comfortably hung out. The KITCHEN exceeded all expectations -equipped with various appliances, stainless steel pots, pans (& nonstick) & loads of small items – This level of stocking made meal prep enjoyable rather than a chore, helping us create lasting memories over shared meals. minor drawbacks— a few rooms were a bit chilly (extra blankets were readily available) & the hot water supply was somewhat limited – this was minimal compared to the overall enjoyment we experienced. Beautiful home a short walk down to the lake and dock! Clean and comfortable. Very nice residential area. A great relaxing getaway! Screened in porch and fire pit are awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a big group! The dock is huge and a great spot for hanging out during the day. Everything was clean and host was super responsive for all questions. We had a wonderful stay.

WOW!!!!! Knocked our socks off with the bountiful supplies in the house. Plenty of everything that we needed or even expected with our stay. The house, the deck, the patio tables, the beach, all out door areas made it soooooo relaxing!! We did not have little kids, but couldn’t get over how much Daniel makes space for families!!! We loved the arcade game upstairs - fun touch! We were in love the moment we drive down the driveway!!! ❤️💯❤️💯❤️💯

This was the perfect spot for our friend group to get away for the weekend. There’s tonnes of sleeping spaces, and the common areas easily fit our group of 9 adults for meals, movies, and games.
