Monthly Rentals in Lake Davenport

Our family LOVES staying at Michelle’s property. We stayed here last year for our annual family trip and it was a must on everyone’s list to rebook for 2025. The property is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty to do and see in the local surrounding areas. It’s an easy drive to Tampa. Ybor City, and all that Orlando has to offer. In addition you are close to many good restaurants (checkout Egg City) and Aldi, Winn Dixie, as well as Publix are in a 3 mile or so radius for groceries. My favorite piece of this property is the sunroom and fenced backyard. So many birds! It was so peaceful just soaking up the sun, sharing conversation with family and watching the birds frolicking in the beautiful landscape. Thank you again Michelle for your kindness and hospitality! Our family looks forward to another stay at your property in 2026!

From the moment we made the reservation, Daniela was very responsive, very informative,, townhouse was very nice and clean, plenty of room, very spacious, very open living area, very open kitchen area, we enjoyed ourselves very much, it was a much needed weekend, we didn’t plan on doing anything once we got to town, we just wanted a place to go to do a little cooking and relax and catch up on our reading, the area is very quiet, the neighbors are very quiet, good area to just go out for a little evening walk, safe, clean, multiple TVs in the townhouse, so everybody pretty much had a choice of TV and to look at their own shows, we just enjoyed ourselves very much and once we go back to Orlando, we will definitely reach out to try to book this place again, I have no complaints whatsoever. It was a very nice place and I think you all would love it too.
