Monthly Rentals in Lake Havasu City

AWESOME accommodations with a beautiful view. Fun putting green and was able to take many dips into the unheated pool. Very close to everything. Private fence area was a bonus as this property is on a busier street. This property and hosts DID NOT disappoint us during our 4 week stay.

Matt was a wonderful host & very responsive. We appreciated him accommodating an early check-in. The home was perfect for our small family.

Brian was a fantastic host. Everything was as described and clean. My asthmatic brother with allergies had no issues, which is awesome considering it is a pet friendly stay for other guests.

Love the house and pool area. We had all the comforts of home. Beautiful yard and well maintained. Information book was spot on and easy to understand. All in all it was exactly what we wanted and provided us with a great vacation. Also would recommend this to all our friends. Thanks again.
