In the new covid-19 world we live in we welcome essential workers or anyone traveling for essential reasons, family, business to name a few. We will be cleaning the apartment after each visit based on cdc guidelines. We expect all travelers to be safe, and feeling well upon arrival and at anytime during your stay, this apartment is in our home. Though you have a separate entrance it still is attached. Burlington is 15-20 minutes away. Amtrak is 1 mile, airport within 10 minutes
“This place is in a great location. In a nice quiet neighborhood yet still within a few minute drive to plenty of restaurants and things you may need. The apartment is very cute. Renzo did a great job really filing the place with everything you need and may need. So you probably won’t need to run to that store for a forgotten item because Renzo probably already has backups for you. It was nice and cozy warm on our arrival. Very clean space. A great spot to end our days of snowboarding. Renzo’s instructions are clear and easy about getting into the apartment. It’s a great stay! We definitely will look to stay here again on our next trip up there.”
You and your dogs can enjoy a vacation on your own private island. Swim, fish, bird watch, camp fires, grilling, kayaks, the works. Full functioning kitchen, indoor shower, outdoor shower, screened porch, 10 minute canoe to shore.
“What could be better than staying on a private island surrounded by nature? Everything was fantastic- from the communication to the videos that are sent in advance to show where to park and to give a tour of the property and amenities, the prompt pick up and drop off, the well stocked kitchen, and plenty of household goods for use- campfire pots and pans, tissues, paper towels, towels, extra bedding for warmth, space heaters, headlamps, games, etc. The sunsets are beautiful, the hammock is a treat, and the canoe and kayaks are a lot of fun to take out (with frequent loon sightings and a recreation area on the lake that is easily accessible). There is a basic indoor shower, but the outdoor shower is a real treat- even with a nip in the air, it was great to be able to enjoy a nice hot shower amidst the trees and sounds of nature (with great all natural shampoo, condition, and body wash provided). It makes for a wonderfully restful and relaxing time away!”
No matter what your pleasure you'll find it near our 500 sq ft, 420 friendly VT Cozy Hollow, owned by a local artist. High pine ceilings add country charm, separate, but part of the main house with insulated locking doors separating the 2. The soundproof bedroom offers a pillow-top queen bed, room darkening shades, & white noise machine. Enjoy the lovely view of trees, gardens & sunsets from the suite, outside on the 2 person swing, or a relaxing evening in the hot tub.
“Mark and Kesta’s place was lovely. The space was better than described/pictured - it’s obvious a lot of time, care, and creativity went into making the suite what it is today. We appreciated all of the little touches - from the artwork to the popcorn maker, French press, and bottled of water waiting for us when we got in. All of their instructions were super clear, and the notes around the suite were helpful as well. Mark and Kesta provided a bunch of great recommendations for our trip (snowshoeing at Sleepy Hollow, breakfast at Parkside, etc). And to top it all off, the hot tub was AMAZING (especially after a long cold day outside). Mark and Kesta were extremely accommodating and responsive. They made us feel very welcome and our only regret was not booking a longer stay! We’ve already recommended this space to a bunch of our friends, and we will be back in the spring once the weather is a bit warmer!”
