Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Lanier

My husband stays at Carmen's place when he comes for business and now I got to see firsthand why he loves to come back. Her home was beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable and homey. She thought of everything for her guests, from breakfast casseroles, baked goodies, to fresh eggs! I have been to many Airbnb's, but she was by far the most considerate and responsive host ever. I also loved the location is this small, University town. The campus was lovely to take daily walks, and we ate at the two amazing restaurants within a stones throw of the home - Sweet Breads and Holden Oversoul. I hope to return to Tomlin House and highly recommend it!

Omgoodness where do I begin? AWESOME STAY! Recovering from my 4th major surgery in 7 months, I needed a serene place to recover for a few days before returning home. From pre-reservation questions to check-out, and everything in between, Jennifer and David were amazingly gracious! Super responsive to every inquiry, and no question was considered trivial. Now let's chat about the accommodations! Super cute with a lot of boujie touches, and so well thought-out! Everything is very easy to locate, and if you can't find it right away, they've got you covered! A very complete guide book tells you everything from where you can find extra linens (and cute surprise notes when you locate those linens), information on local "attractions," and so much more! You'll be delighted with several cheery notes, and tempting invitations to enjoy the scrumptious homemade pastries, fresh fruit, incredible selection of coffee/tea, adult beverages, and more! This stay put a huge smile on my face! 😍

I could say paragraphs about my stay and hosts, but I will have to settle for THANK YOU. Spenser and Marcy are born to host, and it shows. They communicate well, are VERY thorough, and furnish the retreat with everything you could want. The whole experience was seamless and polished. The cabin/retreat is a gem, and on a property that takes your breath when you arrive. Bathroom looks like what you would find in a very nice hotel, and kitchen is big and WELL appointed. Loved the cozy bedroom and living room. I am going to say it, I LOVED using that darn cute record player. You can hear the energetic creek next the house anywhere you are on the property. Short 1/2 mile hike up the hill behind the property to a gorgeous waterfall (Fall Branch Falls). They stayed in touch with me by e-mail throughout my stay (even when my questions were a bit silly LOL). There was one down side to this experience, having to leave. Thanks again for sharing your oasis with me for a few days. I will miss it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bleu Canoe very much! We stayed 3 nights in the Hemlock tiny house, and it was very clean & cozy. The firepit area was great for our campfires in the evening & the area is beautiful! We definitely recommend staying in a tiny house at the Bleu Canoe Campground. Also, make sure you have a meal at the restaurant on the property! The meal & the service was fantastic! We look forward to visiting again soon!

I needed a place to stay for a night in my parent’s hometown. I’m so thankful I found this place, close to my parent’s home, and close to the park. I kept thinking how ideal of an apartment it would be if it was available and you needed to live in the area. The space was probably the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on and my dog was happy there too. The host was exceptional and flexible with me with check in and out times. I did have to book last minute with the host. I’ll definitely suggest this place again to my fellow friends out of state.

Donna was an absolutely incredible host! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We can’t thank her enough for all she did to take one thing off our plate for our wedding day! The place was beautiful and homey! Great view of the lake! We would give her 6 stars if it was possible. We highly, highly recommend. The best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! Thank you Donna!

This little house is exactly what my husband and I needed for our little getaway. It was sweet, simple, and serene. There are neighbors to each side, but you cannot see when while in the house if you leave the blind up. We loved everything about it and will be back if we come back to this area!

Such a responsive host! Was fine with my altered schedule and late, late check in. She was so kind to clean the kayak for me after the long winter’s nap. Quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect place to find rest and spend time on the lake! But my most favorite feature was Sam!! I was so sad to say goodbye!🥹🥲😥
