Cozy Escape Close to Airport/AFB/Beaches.

1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with private entrance. Great space to come relax & unwind away from traffic but close enough to have quick access to entertainment, shopping, and the beautiful beaches on the emerald coast. The activities are endless! We are a military family that fell in love with the emerald coast and this is our home away from home and would love to host your next home away from home stay. Must be 25+ years old to book. Located in the heart of Shalimar, Florida with a small water view, this lovely cottage is walking distance from a wonderful park, the town hall, and a marina with daily boat slip rentals. This home was built in 1948 & has since been completely renovated, while still keeping some old charm. The beach is only 4 miles away. There is also 30 ft of boat trailer parking on the side of the house.
