This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

And by car you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

3 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

The detached newly renovated vacation home (approx. 75 square meters) with private garden and 2 terraces is located only 10 km from Berlin and Potsdam. By car, the highway can be reached in a few minutes and is a perfect starting point for activities around Berlin and Potsdam. Enjoy the tranquility and greenery of the surroundings in the vacation home. Gastronomy and sights of Stahnsdorf are within walking distance. Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. Enjoy simple life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The apartment is located in a newly renovated side wing from 1873. The house can be accessed via the front building at Mittenwalderstrasse 8 and is located in the quiet courtyard. The approx. 60 sqm apartment is on the raised ground floor and is accessible via the stairwell.
