Monthly Rentals in Lake Maggiore

This was my second stay at Roger’s wonderful condo at Palma Del Mar. I had a reservation at another condo but hurricane Helene hit and my condo reservation was literally blown away on check in day. Roger came to my rescue and even though he was out of town he arranged for me to check in within hours! So very efficient at a time that I really needed help. As always the beautiful condo in a spectacular location is perfect. 2 bedroom 2 baths at opposite ends of the apartment makes it a perfect rental. The huge windows deliver beautiful light. The 7 floor patio looking out over Boga Ciera is so enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen is very well stocked and delightful to use. Lovely 6 place dining table. Beautiful high quality living room furniture rounds out the perfection.Television in each bedroom AND living room makes 3. This place is well situated for beach access and right on a golf course. The well maintained grounds have very scenic walking paths. Many swimming pools to use!

Perfect for what we were looking for, a clean, convenient home in St Petersburg. The owner was responsive and proactive, they had all the amenities and nice bonuses, and they even offered flexible check-in/out (on top of a very generous timing already) as the place was not immediately needed. Thank you!

Johnny’s place was really perfect for my long weekend stay visiting friends. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and everything I needed to cook one night in which was perfect. Johnny was very accommodating and communicative throughout my stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a home-like vibe versus a hotel.
