I don't remember receiving instructions of what to do at checkout. Maybe I missed it. The parking could be better, but it was a very nice house.

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Darrin's house was exactly as pictured- very clean, well maintained, and inviting. There were endless amenities provided, from extra toiletries and hair dryers to yard games, kayaks, and a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance needed. Some of the highlights were the pool, close proximity to the lake, a vintage arcade game that was fun for multiple generations, and an abundance of sitting areas to enjoy the view. Darrin was always prompt and friendly in his responses, and provided clear directions to make our stay easy. I would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed our stay in your home. Loved the large porch for relaxing, having our meals, watching the birds, and the wonderful view. Very comfortable and my grandson enjoyed the area downstairs. Thank you for providing the kayaks and water boards, greatly added to our fun. The sunning platform by the dock was a nice addition. Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay on the water. Debbie was extremely helpful and communicated immediately when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Debbie!

We traveled to the Lake Oconee area to attend the Masters Golf tournament. We were looking for a property that was relatively close. The property at 1050 Portage Trial was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic setting and the entire area was great. Our hosts were very gracious and provided excellent communication before and after check-in. The property was very well appointed and exceeded our expectations. I would stay here again without hesitation. There is plenty to do and see in the area with a variety of restaurants and other resources. We cannot recommend this place more highly. Thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

We are so happy we found this location when looking for a place to stay close to Milledgeville and close to part of our family that was renting a big house about 7 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us - close to family, right on the lake. Plenty of quiet space for our daughter to keep up on school work and fabulous wi-fi. We highly recommend Coops Landing for breakfast! Tasty, staff is so friendly and it is close by!
