Our little neighborhood home in the flats of the Historic Railroad District, circa 1890, could not be closer to Ashland's local gem spots including OSF, Lithia Park, Ashland Food Co-op, restaurants, and shopping, all a quick easy walk away. Beautiful 4 bedroom three bath home right on the lake. your own slice of Paradise. with its own boat launch and dock you have use of our kayaks and paddle board or bring your own less than 45 minutes from Crater lake and the lava beds caves.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable home on the lake. it is a almost like being on a boat you're literally right on the water. very open concept home with hardwood floors four bedroom three and a half bath gourmet kitchen with all the amenities full length decks both upper and lower to take in all the wildlife and beautiful scenery that the lake can offer we have a few kayaks for your use as well as a paddle board or you can bring your own that's a great lake to fish on and just enjoy

The Ranchouse is 30 minutes from Crater Lake Park south entrance. The listing info from Airbnb artificial intelligence says 1 hour. That is not correct. This is a two story house located on a cattle ranch with views of mountains and open fields all around. Pets are welcome . There is an additional $25 fee per pet. We also charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests . Our 1/2 bath consists of an outside porta potti. Clean and sanitary. We look forward to hosting you. Tim
