Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, in the winter months (mid Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers drops Lake Hamilton 4-7 feet, this yr was 7ft, so we have no water in our cove.

Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

The Perfect Lake Hamilton Family Vacation Spot

Beautiful 3/2 house on Lake Hamilton. It's a perfect place to enjoy the lake or the many things that Hot Springs has to offer. Extra amenities includeTVs in the living areas and bedrooms with YouTube TV, Netflix, and ESPN+. We also have a pool table, outdoor hot tub, a lake view from both levels of deck, a porch swing, and indoor fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit. Down near the water we have a canoe, kayaks, a standup paddle board, and a dock where you can store your boat, swim, or fish from.

Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.
