This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.

We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Gold courses, and Ball Park Nationals.
