Room with own bath at Lake Tegel

With the quiet room comes an own bathroom. It is a 5 minutes walk away from Lake Tegel, near the pedestrian zone with restaurants, bars, shops and shopping mall with cinema. The U-Bahn is 3 min away and takes you directly downtown in 28 minutes to Stadtmitte, the center at Brandenburg Gate. Unfortunately there is a bus replacement at a part of the underground line, which leads to the additional 8min. At Lake Tegel you can relax in the evening with a drink watching the sundown over the lake ;)

Sauna house with swimming pool

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then you have less space in the room. The sauna and swimming pool can be used for your own relaxation by arrangement. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Small Castle in Little paradise

Small but nice. Cozy little house, very quiet. Good fresh air. Space in a small guest room in a large 2x2 double bed. Shared use of bathroom and kitchen with the hostess. Supermarket, health food store, post office nearby. 10 min to the bus. 15 min to the S-Bahn, from there 30 min to the Brandenburg Gate. Children are welcome. Shared use of the fully equipped small kitchen and small bathroom. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. It is allowed in the garden.

Our flat is in 6 min. walking distance to the next tube station; distance by public transport to city east Friedrichstr. 20 min., to city west Kurfuerstendamm 25 min. We speak English, French, German and Arabic.

Newly built single-family home - 20 minutes to the center of Berlin

The entire house is at our guests' disposal. In the house there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet with a floor-level shower and sink. Two terraces (one facing east-north-east and one facing west-south-west) offer sun or shade all day.
