Monthly Rentals in Lake View, Chicago

Comfortable, clean, and super safe! Some noise from the upstairs neighbors but not bothersome at all. Dominic and Paul were very responsive and the unit was exactly as pictured. Lakeview is a great neighborhood with a lot to do!

Phenomenal location, as it is extremely close to Wrigley Field. We were able to walk to the Field in 3 minutes. We also discovered stocked amenities like coffee, toiletries, and a snack basket, upon arrival, which was a nice unexpected bonus. The pull out sofa beds and one of the guest beds were firm, and although I did not like them personally, my boyfriend thought they were great. The second double bed had a mattress topper that made it much softer. Host was very responsive when reached out to. Would (and probably will) stay again!

I would say the house condition, description and photo matches the airbnb page that David provided. The location is great, within 10 mins walk you get plenty of restaurant, bus and metro. Yes it is hot (open the window), you hear people walking (wear earplug, David provided). I do want to mention is that there is no vent in this kitchen, so when you cook, please make sure opening the window or you will trigger the smoke detector (I did).

The property was perfect ! In my friend and I wanted to see regular field and it was a five minute walk. Don’s home was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely rent this place again !
