Located in a beautiful, historic and central neighborhood that is wonderful to stroll and just a few minutes drive to everything you'll want to do in Lakeland. Lovely private cottage with a small patio and access to a sparkling pool! Small fridge with microwave and Keurig coffee. Comfortable full size bed. Easy off-street parking a stone's throw from the cottage. Super nice hosts who know their neighborhood and Lakeland well. Will definitely stay again! Thanks.”
Come stay in your own private 1 bedroom/1 bath guest house. You will have your own private patio with a hot tub to use. A big king size bed to sleep on and if you have kids or guests with you we have a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. We are located in the country on a quite 1 acre property but still within 10 min of the mall, restaurants, and down town Lakeland. Nice quiet area about 15-30 (traffic pending) minutes away from the a Strawberry Music Festival which is where we saw Rascal Flatts. Not too far or close to town. It was perfect. The hot tub...Made the entire trip more than worth it. Very clean and cozy. Had a Fridge, Coffee pot, Microwave, Kitchen sink, AC and a fireplace (electric). Handicap accessible bathroom (we didn't need but it's a plus for others) TVs with cable. A small pamphlet that listed restraints that delivered (big plus!!!) And of course once again...the hot tub. We will definitely use this again if we're back in this area. Host communicated Very quickly and was helpful worth local information. We're Florida residents and do travel all over. Once again thank you to you and your family for the hospitality. ❤😊”
The Raintree Loft is a private space located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story home. You will have your own private entrance located in the back of the home. Downstairs is a separate area not accessible to guests. Your private space includes 2 bedrooms, a family room, dining area, bathroom, walk-in closet & a kitchenette. You’ll be less than a mile from the Polk Parkway, 5 from the RP Funding Center, 8mi from Sun ‘n Fun Fly In & less than 3mi from Southeastern University & Florida Southern College.

(Bit of a workout but we managed quite well - the host does expressly mention these in their Airbnb writeup so was not a surprise however their offer to assist was ☺️) Comfy beds, beautiful outdoor sitting area, kitchen & bathroom had everything we needed and lots of little extras as well which were greatly appreciated. Very good central location on for our Florida day trips in all directions! Note to our host: Thanks so much for everything and taking the time to come meet us too!! 😊”
